The Flirting Weekend – confidence, communication and play
High energy, great fun, experiential weekend workshops, taking place quarterly in Notting Hill, Central London.
These weekends are informal, dynamic, activity led, and you will leave with new attitudes, an ehanced sense of how special you are, more confidence and a sense of fun and sensuality.
Peta leads you to uncover yourself at your best. We spend time on building your self-esteem and confidence levels. You will be interacting with different people all the time. You will develop a stronger sense of awareness of how YOU come across and of others. You will learn to detect signals that most people miss. . You will begin to feel more and more at ease as you naturally learn to converse and get the best from people. By finding out how you embody yourself at your best and learning to access that more and more, you obliterate blocks and literally, revive your best attitudes and outlooks. In the two dance sessions you will ostensibly be learning the merengue but you will also be learning how different people move, the feeling of leading and following, an improved sense of rhythm, and continuous connection with other people in a relaxed and unthreatening atmosphere. You will learn the value of tuning up your voice as well as get in real life flirting practice and meet loads of like-minded people. If you don’t want to attend a workshop, or you want some more individual attention, Peta specialises in face to face one on one personal empowerment sessions. Your session is individually tailored according to what you need. Expect to get a sense of how you are at your best, and a sense of tremendous possibility. Peta is an NLP licensed Master practitioner and NLP TRAINER. She is also a licensed MYTHOSELF TM FACILITATOR recognised by JosephRiggio., creator of the Mythoself tm process. She already has a thriving coaching practice and has been shown on BBC TV [Heaven and Earth] and ITV [Trisha show] doing very successful therapy with clients.. She can facilitate rapid attitude change in just one session or two.
